I started yesterday replacing the bushings in the upper and lower control arms on My cherokee. I got a deal on some poly-thane. Any tips on getting the old ones out? Also, does anybody have any after market arms to sell? Thanks

 2000 XJ Sport, 4 1/2 lift,Dana 30, 8.25 rear, NP231,STANO front bumper, rear bumper in progress, TJ Moab wheels, ZJ V8 steering. In the process of front hoop, tires, fender trimming.
