Well, since Randy egged me on, here goes. A few weeks ago I found a pretty decent deal, at least I think it was. I gobbled up a 96 XJ, waggy 44s, 36" Iroks, military beadlocks, street legal runflats, locked F/R, custom bumpers, Warn winch. The interior isn't as nice as the other one, but now I won't feel as bad when I do something stupid to add character like spill a drink or smash a rock through the body. Driver still needs lots of training, and the jeep could use a little attention, as always. Needs some sliders, belly guard & diff covers that I know of, but that will have to come later. Eventually some pics will get posted. I say :), wife says .

Sounds like a nice rig, so are you in for D-Day Saturday?

Don't think I can make this one, sorry. I really want to, but with finals next week I don't think I can get everything done in time that I need too. I'm definitely in for Buckhorn.

I saw the pics of your new rig in the "Snow Day" album...it looks a lot like your old one!  Which means it looks pretty cool!  Were you able to save some money by going through the swap?

They do look pretty similar. The first time my wife saw it she thought it was the old one, until she got in. Yea, this one was a lot cheaper, and it has more stuff done to it.
