If you're like me, you will agree that the worst part of the JK Wrangler is the massive fender flares.  Well, I took care of that!  More pictures in the photo gallery.....

Looks good!  I need to do this one of these days. What did you use to cut them?

I used a rotary grinder (like a dremmel) with a cut-off wheel.  It zipped through the flares pretty easy.  It melts the plastic a little as it goes, but a sharp knife will trim the melted pieces off easily.  You could also use an air grinder if you have a big enough compressor to keep feeding air to the tool.  Some people use angle grinders with cut-off wheels, jig saws, etc.  You will need one of these options to cut it with, a roll of painters tape, and a sharp knife.  Use door edge molding on you cut edges.  You are welcome to use my little rotarty grinder if you don't have one.  It's small so it makes it easier to keep you lines straight.  Trimming back the bracing under the fenders is a little tougher.  It's constructed from some really thick plastic, so I had to use my angle grinder to trim it up.
