Well before the Christmas Parade I was going to post a poll to see whether 12/4 or 12/11 worked better for everyone for our December meeting/Christmas  Party?  Now it's looking like 12/11 is our only choice.  Last year we wheeled the Buckhorn then did the get together at my place in Cave Springs. Any ideas for this year?

I have to work until 3 that afternoon of the 11th.  I could come for the party, but not for a trail ride before.  Or, I'm off on the 18th!  :D

Ok, I created a poll so we can see what the best date is for our Christmas Party/Run.  Vote HERE .  Members only for this vote.

If we do a trail ride followed by a party, then I voted for the 18th.  However, if that pushes everyone too close to Christmas, I can come to a party only on the 11th.   I'm flexible to however it works out!

Ok, mark your calendars.  Our annual club Christmas run and gathering will be December 18th.  Those that want to wheel we will be going to the Buckhorn trail again at Devil's Den.  We'll probably meet at the truckstop at the Greenland exit on 540 about 9am and drive over from there.  This is a family friendly trail and one that stock 4x4's can do without a problem.  Then everyone is invited to my place in Cave Springs for our club Christmas gathering.  Everyone bring your favorite snack or desert. We'll gather about 6pm.  This is also a family affair.  If you can't make it to one but can the other than that's fine. More details later.

It looks like I am not going to be able to make the evening, but I might be able to join for the morning trail ride. My wife has family coming into town and I absolutely must be back in Centerton by 1pm. Is it possible to do the buckhorn trail and get back in time?

I don't think I've ever gotten back when I said I would from previous trails rides (for obvious reasons), but this one a must do.
