Hey guys I have been doing some research on exactly what is and isn't legal and came across this website.

http://www.liftlaws.com/

Obviously just because some prints something doesn't make it legitimate, but it looks pretty straightforward. I tried looking up Arkansas Code Title 27 to confirm but their search engine is down.

Aside from this website, can anyone confirm the fender laws? I have heard that tires can stick out no more than 4", but from my search I have yet to find anything specifically calling this out.

From what this site says theres no mention of fenders (neither does TX, or Missouri).

What are your thoughts?

The only thing I have heard of anyone getting in trouble for in Ark. is headlight height... can be no higher than 54" to the center of the headlight....

Is that even if you reangle the beam on the headlights?

as far as I know but not quite for sure.... there was a guy on the rockcrawlers site about a year ago or so that had a superduty on 44's that got a ticket in Fayetteville for his headlights being to high... Thats all I know.. and the officer told him they had to be less than 54" to the center.

Ya I have seen that SuperDuty floating around.  The guy put some lights below the front bumper to make it legal.  I think that is the only law that is really enforced for lifted things.  I think the angling of them down is illegal still because if you were to be a prius driver they would actually blind into your eyes because of the heighth and angle....my cure is quit selling Prius.  LOL
