Didn't really know where to put this.  Anybody know anybody running the Pitbull Rockers or Super Swampers LTBs.  I think I have narrowed my next tire to one of these two in a 40" range and 17"rim.  I have read a lot of good stuff about both and both are cheaper than Iroks.

I have a buddy who runs Rockers on his CJ.  He said they are a little flighty on the road, but awesome off road.  I guess their not really designed to be much of an on road tire.  He loves them off road.  They are extremely wide.  He runs 37x13.50x15.  He has them mounted on a 10" rim and they are almost too wide for the wheel.  He does a lot of rock crawling and mud and said they work well for both, especially rocks.

My rig is officially a trailer queen now so road manners don't really matter.  I am really leaning towards the Rockers cause I just keep reading good things about them.

No doubt about that...I was scared to walk up to them at first.  They look like they would bite!

Hey Justin, I assume you already saw this write-up, but thought I would throw it up anyway.

Going after a set of 39.5 Pitbull Rockers Wednesday.  Stan you remember Ty Turner.  We met him at the God's Challenge run in Hot Springs. He drove a green scrambler, anyway that is who I am getting them from and they are brand new.

Price them and you won't like them anymore.   They are dollar, dollar bills.

I saw the Creepy Crawler in a 37 flavor once at Rocktoberfest. Did very well on the hills on obstacle course. But they are expensive. I also like the MT/R in the 40 but still $$.
