Randy, that looks like a nice tent, like one of those you usually see on top of a range rover or FJ.  I bet it would work on top of your jeep if you got one of those frames installed in case you didn't want to pull the trailer.

Thanks, yeah, it would work on top as well with a rack but the rack is more than what I paid for the trailer and then I would have the added height and COG to deal with.  I do like having the option to mount it there at some time in the future depending on the trails I would be running and how far I might have to travel to get there.  Now I need to get my other M416 and my pop-up sold so I can afford some mods to this one :)

I found it listed on www.expeditionportal.com , the guy lived in Shrevport, LA and met me in Little Rock to deliver it. I just put it in the shop today to have a top made for it.

Very nice Randy. I really like this setup and very suprisingly so does my wife. Justin does very nice work. I may need to talk to him about fabbing up some bumpers for my WJ!!
