I'm definitely going and my daughter is tihnking of coming and bringing her own Jeep.

I should be built enough to have some fun at Disney, but I've never been there.  Will there be enough for a mostly-stock TJ to do?

Any lift? Tire size?

I'm on 35s with 4.45 gears, locked front and rear... with several other goodies.

My daughter is stock height with 30s and some rocker guards... yeah... it's kinda like that.  I can't make her Jeep sit still long enough to decide what to do.  Even if she can't do much she'll likely go and drive my Jeep.

I looked at the flyer and it mentioned stock vehicles.  I'll probably also follow her around for part of the day and be the dutiful spotter/recovery vehicle.  :D  She's been angling to go do something for a while.

Is anyone going to register/participate in the Wheelin for the Wounded event? They usually have a good raffle and it's for a good cause. Reason I ask is I've been telling folks to pack a lunch but if you register for the event lunch and dinner is included. Also is anyone staying Saturday night and wheeling Sunday?

Full Event Package: $50.00

Includes: Grab bag, Event Sticker, Guided trail run, Lunch and Dinner tickets for one person, 5 Drawing tickets, and one tee-shirt.

Event Package minus shirt: $30.00

Includes: Grab bag, Event Sticker, Guided trail run, Lunch and Dinner tickets for one person, 5 Drawing tickets

More info here www.okwftw.org/index_files/Page955.htm Even if you don't plan to register consider bringing a few items for care packages. See list www.okwftw.org/scp.pdf

I plan to register myself and my daughter.  It looks like preregistration has passed so we'll need to do that on site.

I'm looking forward to the run!  I would like to meet folks on the way if possible.  Time/place on Sat AM?

Not a member of the club yet, but we'll be in Disney at Frosty and Edna's for breakfast at 7am.  My truck is a Brown F250 with a black campershell and a toyota behind it, if you see those I'm there.  Gregg 479 268 0301.

The Austin crew will be there on Friday night.  Look for the Big Black Toter Home @ Hogan.  A few are staying at the Church Camp, but most are Staying at Hogans this time.  Stop on in.  C4X4 Buggy is back up as of 8 pm last night so look for it and the DragonFly.

Looks like my daughter isn't taking her Jeep.  She'll ride shotgun with me!  I'll look for folks around 8:00 AM in the Gravette Marvin's parking lot.  I'll have my white heap on a trailer.

Well, it was a rainy day but we had a great turnout! I think we had about ten rigs show up. Great to get to meet some of the new guys. Also nice to meet Michael from Fort Smith (enjoyed your company riding shotgun) Also ran into Gregg (toyotagregg) on the trails, nice yota and thanks for the heads up on Tank Trap. Also enjoyed wheeling with Clint and his family from OKC. For those that left early the late afternoon was beautiful! Joey and Dwight both made the run up Little Blue with no damage. Great job guys And it's always great to see our great friends the Austin family, wished we could have wheeled with ya'll but enjoyed watching Brad on Viagra Hill.

Well it was a nice weekend after all.  The rain did slow the wheelin down a little, but I thank God for the rain.  Everyone needed it.  We just had to deal with it.   I talked to Leslie with Wheelers 4 the Wounded and she said this was the best event they had so far as far as raising money for the wounded soldiers.  That was what it was all about.

The rock was a little slick to start off with but we were able to make all of the main obsticles on the rocks.  Sunday morning we made so incrediable climb on ledges in the new play grounds up below the Pensicola Dam.  Some really neat stuff up there now.

Also!!!!!!!!   I didn't bust anything on the C4x4 Buggy this weekend.  That has not been my track record lately.  Everything pulled onto the trailers on their own.  I will try to get a few pics us later this week of the ledges I am talking about.

I made my first trip to Disney on Saturday only to find out that my transfer case won't stay engaged. I didn't have 4 wheel drive for most of this trip, but my son and I still had fun and that's what matters.

Not sure. The WJ's use a shift cable for the transfer case. There isn't any adjustment at the case. I haven't removed my center console yet to see if I can adjust it there.
