Here's a 14bolt Cab and Chassis WITH DETROIT LOCKER for $700 (probably $1000 after shipping).
I think it may already have 4.56:1 gears in it.... which means it's good for 37-40" tires.
I have no idea if it would go under a JK, but it would be a pretty sweet upgrade for someone building a YJ.
To put it in perspective, I put about $1600 in parts (not including the $150 for the shell) in my 14bolt under the buggy.
I've done 2 disc brake conversion on 14 bolts before. Depending on if you want an ebrake that can be very very cheap.
