03/2012 - New off-road park close to home! This park sits on about 600 acres and is BEAUTIFUL! The owner, Russ, is building this to be a really nice off-road park. He has RV sites with water and electric and allows primitive camping almost anywhere on the property. Most of the 20 miles of trails are level 1 and 2 at this point but he is cutting new, more challenging trails. Day pass $25/person. Family discounts are available.
The trailhead is located just six miles south of the Horse Camp on highway 220 just outside Devil's Den State Park in Northwest Arkansas. Devil's Den is a beautiful example of the Ozarks region and is a great park, with lots of camping available. For more information on Devil's Den State Park, check out this link:
Mark Twain National Forest is located between Cassville and Branson west of Table Rock Lake on the Southwest corner of Missouri. You need to find someone that wheels this area as there are no good trail maps that I have found. The guys at Brushbeater Jeep Club wheel this area often.
|Tree major spillways host some of the best and most extreme rock crawling in this area of the country. Traction is incredible, and carnage seems to follow. For those interested in more scenic fun, there are also trails leading through the woods below the dams. These range from casual zig zag thru the trees, to muddy swamps, to nasty loose hill climbs.|

450 acre ORV area operated by the Gruber Recreation Trust Authority. The terrain ranges from rocky along the south half to good ol' Oklahoma dirt to the north.
Our club has yet to wheel at this park but we have heard good things about it. From their website;
"We have a great trail system developed to include trails for beginning and experienced outdoor enthusiasts. The future of the park includes developing new trails and offering camping facilities. The usage fees for the park go toward maintenance, future development, improvements, and expansion."
|You just can't beat Southern Missouri Off-Road Ranch for great wheelin' and great facilities! This park has it all. With over 900 acres of trails you can find plenty to keep you busy whether you drive a stock rig or a highly modified one. When you get back to camp after a hard day on the trails there is lot's of camping both primative and electric sites, a restroom that will make Mom want to come back, and even a snack shack with great food and resonable prices.|
Clayton is located in Southeast Oklahoma in the Kiamichi Mountains. There are 3 privately owned ORV parks where you can 4-wheel. They are all pay to play places and host some of the best 4-wheelin’ in the state. There are trails for stock vehicles to the most extreme 4x4 out there. Go prepared and go with a friend. You don’t want to get stuck on these trails alone
