Someone has something sitting around their garage and they would like to donate the item to help our club raise money for our various ministry projects. These items don't need to be 4x4 related just something of value that you would like to donate.
Our club is more than just a group of people that enjoy off-roading and building the rigs we use to do that! We also raise funds that go back into our local communities in the form of donations to small non-profits and individuals in need. We are also committed to support national and local organizations that help keep our public lands public.
The item donor needs to live in the NW Arkansas area. If you are registered on our website you are welcome to post your item under the Ministry Auction category on our Fourm page, if not you can email a description of your donation to firstname.lastname@example.org . Please describe the item including the condition of the item, and provide a picture if possible. Also if you would like to set a minimum bid on your item include that information as well.
Each item posted to the Ministry Auction will be posted for a minimum of one week. To bid on an item you will need to be a registered member of our website. Then you can place a bid simply by posting your bid in the forum for the item you are interested in. After the first week the winning bidder will be the person that places a bid that remains the highest bid for a period of 24 hours.

Once the winning bid is determined the winning bidder will be notified by email. The bidder will then need to click the Paypal donate button below and enter their winning bid amount. When we are notified by Paypal that the transaction is complete we will then email the winning bidder with the contact information of the person holding the donated item. It will be the winning bidders responsability to pick up the item in a reasonable amount of time.
Note to Donors: While our club is identified as a non-profit organization, we do not qualify as a 501c3 non-profit. For this reason donors will not be able to claim the value of their donation as a tax deductable donation on your income tax retun.
Thank you for helping us help others in our community.
