The BlueRibbon Coalition

 

From the BlueRibbon Coalition website: "The BlueRibbon Coalition is a national non-profit organization dedicated to preserving responsible recreational access to public lands and waters. We want to keep your land open for use, whether you recreate on a mountain bike, snowmobile, motorcycle, personal watercraft, ATV, four-wheeler, horse, or your hiking boots.

Today, the BlueRibbon Coalition is a respected national recreation group that represents over 10,000 individual members and 1,200 organization and business members, for a combined total of over 600,000 recreationists nationwide.  Here are some links of interest on their website.

 

 

 

Recreational Trails Program

From their website: "The Recreational Trails Program (RTP) provides funds to the States to develop and maintain recreational trails and trail-related facilities for both nonmotorized and motorized recreational trail uses. The RTP is an assistance program of the Department of Transportation's Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). Federal transportation funds benefit recreation including hiking, bicycling, in-line skating, equestrian use, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, off-road motorcycling, all-terrain vehicle riding, four-wheel driving, or using other off-road motorized vehicles."

United Four Wheel Drive Associations

From their website: "Protecting 4X4 Access Worldwide! The United Four Wheel Drive Associations are a group of state, regional, provincial and national 4WD associations in the United States and around the world. National Off Highway Vehicle Conservation Council

From their website: "NOHVCC, as a national body of OHV recreation enthusiasts, develops and provides a wide spectrum of programs, materials and information, or "tools", to individuals, clubs, associations and agencies in order to further a positive future for responsible OHV recreation."

Everyone's Invited!

Club Runs!

We will be going two directions this month!  First we are headed over to Disney OK Saturday 3/13 to check out the Big Meats Run and do some wheeling.

Then some will be heading down to Superlift in Hot Springs March 19-21 where we will meet up with some of the Calvary Crawlers from Memphis for some wheeling down there!
